2. Preferably 32-bit Linux/Unix like operating system (VP6 codec does not work on 64-bit systems, but you can use older FLV codec or h264 on 64-bit Linux systems)
3. SSH command line access
4. Ioncube loader
5. Mysql database (mysql version 4.x or 5.x)
6. Mencoder
7. Ffmpeg
8. Flvtool
9. Crons
10. PHP 4.2.3 or higher with:

a. GD library version 2 or higher
b. Max Memory Limit 128MB (recommended)
c. PHP CLI (php with command line interface)
d. XML support enabled
e. argv and argc command line arguments ON
f. php ffmpeg support
